If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use Habitly. Continued use of the app after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of OptimizeLabs.io.
Logo & Branding: The Habitly name, logo, and all branding belong exclusively to OptimizeLabs.io.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the software without prior written permission.
Your Data: Habit data you create belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your personal habit records.
Some parts of Habitly are billed on a recurring subscription basis (Habitly Pro).
Cloud Sync: Premium features such as Cloud Sync require an active Habitly Pro subscription.
Cancellations: Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests follow the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store respectively.
By using Habitly you agree to the following responsibilities:
You are responsible for the security of your own device and account.
You must not use Habitly for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to extract the app's source code is strictly prohibited.
Deleting the app without Cloud Sync enabled may permanently delete your habit data.
OptimizeLabs.io shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or service availability arising from your use of Habitly.
We make every effort to keep the app running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We recommend enabling Cloud Sync to protect your data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
